Recommendation Letter

It is my pleasure to write a recommendation letter for my colleague Markos Kuma for an Arturo
Falaschi fellowship. I know Markos Kuma since I joined at Wolaita Sodo University, department
of Biology as a lecturer of Applied Genetics for the last ten years. He is a responsible, genuine,
cooperative, energetic, and with positive attitude to the specified duties and efficient person with
his performance.

He has been teaching courses related to Botanical Sciences in the Department of Biology, Plant
Sciences, Natural resource and management and Horticultural Sciences in both undergraduate
and graduate levels in Wolaita Sodo University. He has an excellent communication skill and
team work spirit.

With all these skills and knowledge, I can attest to the fact that Markos Kuma is exactly the kind
of skilled, talented and dedicated employee. I have full trust that he can handle his study
