The BSBA – FM and BSABA – MM program of Green Valley College enables the graduates to:

A. the Financial Management program prepares the graduates for various careers in financial management as well as in related fields, including but not limited to, corporate finance, investment
management, banking, credits, trust operations, insurance, foreign currency market, money market, capital markets, and other financial securities markets. The curriculum provides the
graduate with knowledge on financial institutions and technical skills based on established financial theories, methodologies, and various analytical tools. It also promotes an outlook that is
based primarily on ethics, market integrity, regulations, good governance and competitive global perspective, necessary for effective financial decision making.

At the end of this course the student will able to identify and interpret

1. further enhance comprehension on the financial system of the Philippines;


2. understand how micro and macro financing operates;
3. understand how the financial sector was and is continuously transformed by innovation, changes in regulation and international policies;
4. identify relevance of money, credit and banking, its concepts, principles, policies, and programs to existing social and economic conditions;

required to participate meaningfully and respectfully in classroom discussions and attend class religiously.

2. Students should print a hard copy of the file for more effective note taking. Small fonts, dirty screens or blurred images should therefore not be an excuse for
non-understanding of concepts or non-class participation.
3. To monitor attendance, an attendance sheet shall be passed around every meeting. It is the responsibility of all students to sign the attendance sheet. Failure to
do so will be considered a cut. Departure before classes end will also be considered a cut. A maximum of seven cuts is allowed for the semester.
4. All students shall adhere to the dress code of GREEN VALLEY COLLEGE FOUNDATION, INC.. A student violating the dress code will be forwarded to the
office of the PREFECT OF DESCIPLINE/GUIDANCE COUNSELOR and secured admission slip.
5. Eating, texting, listening to audio equipment, use of laptops/notebooks (except during presentations), irrelevant chatting and studying for other subjects are
absolutely prohibited during classes.
6. Class beadles will be elected who will serve as the liaison between the teacher and the students.
7. News reporters for the day shall erase the board when necessary.
