In the next three years Catmonon Elementary School, the teaching staff envision to believe that strong literacy skills
will empower our K to 3 a strong foundation of literacy skills that enable the learners to read, write, speak, and listen
in different settings with comprehension-in a new normal the system will involve the participation of parents,
guardians and community as well.
