Attach the yarn

Stuff the head with fiberfill tightly and
gradually as you go.

Tightly stuff the head with fiberfill, cut the

yarn, tighten the remaining hole with the
yarn tail and fix it.

Now crochet a patch on the head. Take the

head with the nose away from us, and attach
the terracotta yarn to the front loop of Rnd 12,
counting 10 white front loops and attaching
the yarn to the 11th loop (see photo 1). Next,
work in rows, making 1 t-ch at the end of each

Now, attach the patch to the head and check

if it reaches the tip of the head (depending
on your crochet density and stuffing the
head, the length may be different). If your
patch is shorter than necessary - make 1-2
more rows of 3 sc (3 sc, 1 t-ch, turn). If your
patch is longer than necessary, dissolve the
last row. Cut the yarn, leaving the tail (~ 20
cm) for sewing pieces.

Nose

Crochet in dark gray color:

Rnd 5: 4 dec, sl st (short round).

Stuff the nose with fiberfill, cut the yarn,

leaving a long yarn tail for sewing pieces.

Bib skirt:
Next, crochet the bib skirt. Attach the dark
turquoise yarn to the front loop of Rnd 22.
Please note that we will crochet in the
opposite direction (counterclockwise), so
attach the yarn to the last loop (see photo 1):

Next, work in rounds with DC stitches and

start each round with 2 turning chains.

Rnds 3-10 (8 rounds): 2 t-ch, 72 dc [72]

Rnd 11: (2 sc, ch5, skip one stitch)*24 (see
photo 3).

The skirt is ready, fasten off with sl st, cut the

yarn and weave in the ends.

In order to crochet the bib, you need to count

24 stitches in the middle of Rnd 1 of the skirt
(see photo 2). Attach the dark turquoise yarn
to the front loop of the first round on the
right (white pin in the photo 2) and work in
rows:

Assemble the head:
First, let's place the patch as shown in Place the nose where the patch on the
photo 1. Pay attention, so that it is located head ends. Try to sew it so that it is slightly
symmetrically on both sides (in relation to snubbed.
the bottom terracotta spot). Sew it around
the entire perimeter. You will find the pattern for embroidering
eyes and an example of designing the face
Place the ears as follows: from the outside on the next page.
without going to the white part (in the area
of Rnd 12 of the head, moving 2-3 sc from
the patch), from the inside go to Rnd 2 of
the patch, the distance between the ears is
6-7 sc (see photo 2, 3). Sew the ears in an
arc, first from the front side, then from the
back (in a circle).

Embroidering:

Assemble the fox:
First, sew on the arms. Move 4 rounds
from the end of crocheting and place
them approximately at a distance of 10 sc
from each other. Make sure the arms are
placed symmetrically (see photo 1).
Sew the tail between Rnd 10 and 11 of the
body at the back in the middle (see photo
2).
Sew the head to the body between Rnd 14
and 19 so that it is slightly tilted forward.
W h e n t h e h ea d i s h a l f s e w n o n , I
recommend you to stuff the neck with a
little more fiberfill. So the head will be
more stable and will not fall back.

Now when the arms are sewn on, you can

attach the straps (see photo 3). I fixed it
straight, if you have enough length - you
can cross them with each other.

Headband

Crochet in dark turquoise color.

Ch75, starting on the second chain from the
hook, working around the foundation chain:
1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 3 dc in one stitch, 1 dc, 1 hdc,
1 sc, 11 sl st, 38 sc, 11 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 3 dc
in one stitch, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 3 sc in one stitch.
Continue on the other side of the chain: 1
hdc, 1 dc, 3 dc in one stitch, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 11
