Dear Sir,

Greetings!

We, the CBGTPODA knocking on your kind heart to remain our que of tricycle in front of J&F
while waiting for passengers from J&F and passengers from Tacloban.

1.1 Our group are humbly asking for your help to remain our post in front of J&F because the
Brgy. Captain of Brgy. Pawing wants us to transfer our post to Brgy. Hall which is inconvenient
for the passengers from J&F to walk from J&F to Brgy. Hall just to ride the tricycle.

1.2 His reason is, we cause traffic on that area during peak hours. Our point is that, because of
the traffic light, all vehicle gets accumulated in front of the J&F but only if the traffic light turns
red. If the traffic light turns to green the area gets cleared and the flow of vehicles gets smooth.
We are the one who gets the passengers from J&F and passengers from Tacloban who rode a
multicab going to Candahug, Baras Government Center and San Fernando. Your help would be
much appreciated because this business is our bread and butter for our families.

1.3 Even if it's not rush hour, that area in front of Brgy. Hall and corner of LPH, that area is
always busy even if there's no traffic light, if we transfer on that area, we could cause much more
traffic.

1.4 Year 2017-2018, tricycles are not allowed in front of Brgy. Hall of Pawing because the
tricycles can cause delay for the ambulance with emergency or non-emergency cases for LPH.
