1. Refer to even dated letter to DG PCAA 12 Jan,2023 & ADG PCAA 20 Dec,2022

2. IVIRO Princely Jets (Pvt) Ltd envisaged an international level MRO facility at XtfrF
Karachi, in a joint venture with a reputed Bombardier designated ti/RO facility. The facility will
not only serve domestic market but would be a revenue generating platform to fetch foreign
business jets. The concept was envisaged entirely on the premise of considering the volatile
FOREX reserve condition of Pakistan by engaging lnternational Aviation players already
serving the same business having decades of aviation experience. The additional dividend of
this project would facilitate in offering a unique and international level exposure for developing
aviation related jobs to local candidates, hence would be able to secure substantial FOREX
through placement of local HR in international aviation market.

3. PCAA graciously awarded the land but additional adjacent land to fulfill requirements
of this IVIRO could not be materialized due to operational/ technical reasons at airside tarmac.
During this course of interaction with commercial and operational stake holders of PCAA,
option of utilizing Shaheen Hangar was discussed by vacating and renting out to Princely Jets
to address the imminent need of establishing world class MRO" Under your kind direction,
Iitigation case and vacation of PCAA owned Shaheen hangar were pursued separately by your
legal team on war footing and is on final stages of vacation.

4. Foregone in above, it is requested that Shaheen Hangar may be allotted to TVIRO

Princely Jets at the earliest in order to honor our long-awaited commitment with international
partner and serve our motherland during testing economical time of history.
