are still overlooked without being
seen and appreciated, they do not
get the chance to show the skills
and talents they have due being
overshadowed by others.
We make sure by granting
inclusivity everyone is included, that
with working together students get
the chance to discover new skills
and may continue to flourish as they
grow making them motivated by
knowing that they are included and
given the same opportunity others
have.
Students remove the
mindset of being negative that some
things are only meant for certain
people this enables them to bring out
a more positive thinking that
everything is possible if we do not
forget to include everyone.
Inclusivity allows everyone
to become one and join together
making our nation grow as a better
place with the cooperation and help
with others. Being inclusive in
education gives us equal learning
skills, quality education and

nowadays lack the skill to read
the enforcement of catch-up
Friday was implemented as a
solution to this certain issue. This
program may pave the way to
the advance of our educational
system.
On January 12, the
implementation of catch-up
Friday was enforced. To both
elementary, secondary schools,
and community learning centers
(CLCs) nationwide, all Fridays of
January 2024 was dedicated to
the “DEAR” activity.
Catch-up Fridays are
intended to bring out and
develop each students skills, to
strengthen the reading, writing,
social, and other crucial ability
necessary for us students to
follow the basic education
curriculum.
Being implemented in
both elementary and secondary
schools it gives every child the
equal opportunity for enhancing
their skills, meaning that no one
gets left behind and we are able
to grow as a whole.
Recently catch-up
Fridays are one of the days I look
forward to. Topics given about
Health, Values, and Peace
Education gives me more
knowledge and understanding
about each one and helps me
learn new skills and values.
Other students may
say that it seems pointless and
a waste of time, but for the
situation of other students this
catch-up Friday may be a great
opportunity and advantage for
them.
Catch-up Fridays the
day where we feel relieve to just
sit back and read, while learning
at the same time. The main goal
of catch up Friday intends to
advance the skills of each
individual contributing to our
educational growth in our nation.

unacceptable while oth-
ers think it is effective in

It is important to
know that doping can
lead through several risk
factors, such as the
athlete’s health. Drugs
can cause a long term
effect on the body and
might lead to a serious
health issue.

using drugs can ruin and
damage not just their own
selves but their whole

been building over the
