Position IT Staff (IT Helpdesk)

- Support/troubleshooting for end-users about using IT

software/hardware/system
JD - Make IT documents (SOP, Form, Policy, training,...)
- Manage computers, IT common/shared assets, and license
- Other tasks from the manager

- University graduation of Information Technology major

- Communicate in English is a must
- Experience with Windows, Office365, Printer/Fax, Telephone,
Network, and computer hardware is preferred
Requirements
- Logical thinking, dynamic & innovative
- Having high responsibilities.
- Good teamwork abilities, working independently, and can work
under high pressure.

- Freshers with no experience can have a salary from 9.411.000 VND

- A competitive package shall be given to the right candidate.
- The company will arrange a commune bus from Ha Noi, Hung Yen,
and Hai Duong.
