2 通则
未滤掉的杂质、灰尘,将随气流进入压气机,黏附在叶片上。这将致压气机通流量

Air pollution
压气机积垢取决于大气洁净情况,取决于不同地点、不同时间(每年可能不同)。
建议在第一年对压气机水洗进行评估,以指导日后运维,明确如下项目:
清洗间隔;
单次洗涤遍数;
清洗剂的稀释比;
清洗剂补充建议。.
3 水洗间隔
根据第二章介绍,水洗间隔由滤芯选用、更换情况和大气脏污情况等因素决定。
要通过水洗记录,摸索出对应机组最合适的水洗间隔。
厂家建议,离线水洗应每运行 2000 小时一次,最多不超过 8500 小时。在此区间
内依据实际情况决定。尽管,未水洗的燃机基本负荷下出力降低可能未达到
2MW(参照负荷曲线),仍然建议在其他原因停机时对压气机进行离线水洗,以
延长机组寿命。

4 清洗溶剂
Warning! Handle the cleaning and anti-freeze agents with care! Contact

4.1 清洗剂
清洗剂掺水后试用,标准见 GTI W491023E, 1CS26764 (see Requirements in
Operation Instructions, 2A).
首选推荐的清洗剂,稀释比可适当减少(依据积垢情况决定,参考环境和滤芯情
况),可以根据第一年泡沫和脏水状态进行判定。

4.2 水质要求
冲洗和稀释用水均需满足 GTI W220027E 要求,见 1CS26747 (好好看看 Operation
Instructions, 2A).
4.3 防冻剂
防冻剂需满足 GTI W491023E 要求,见 1CS26764 (好好看看 Operation Instructions, 2A).
若气温或预计气温在-10℃到 5℃之间,离线水洗时必须用防冻液替换水;若低
于-10℃,禁止水洗。因为如有冰进入压气机,或使压气机损毁。
如果防冻剂与溶剂基产品混合,使用前必须使其充分溶合。
5 水洗设备
5.1 水洗喷嘴
喷嘴共 7 个,位于进气室椎管处、压气机入口上方,水经过滤器进入喷嘴。详见
下图。

5.2 水洗单元
主要参数
两个水罐
每个 80L
液体最高加热到 50 ℃
液体工作压力在 50-60 bar(g).

5.3 水洗设备的低温贮存
禁止暴露在冰点温度环境中,除非已执行防冻剂置换水的措施,否则应按如下描述
执行。
建议在冰点温度到来前(指天气变化)执行离线水洗操作和置换措施,因为燃机必
须按照 section 6.2 要求停机并冷却。

Caution! Be careful not to get foreign particles into the washing system. Dirt in the
compressor washing system can clog the washing nozzles.

6.2 水洗前冷却燃机
为缩短冷却时间

估。评估可以综合考虑排污样品情况、压气机入口情况、内窥镜检查情况。此
外,应严格执行本章开头的警告文本。

7.5 启动故障

1. 对点火系统做如下检查:
- 激活清吹 'FG Purge',燃机升至清吹转速。
- 等待清吹结束
- 激活 'FG Pilot ignition'. 检查进入 26 号燃烧器的气压,监听火花塞打火声,直
至建立稳定火焰。
如果排除点火系统故障,仍无法正常启动,执行第 2 步检查。
2. 检查火焰探测器,如有需要,擦拭探测器玻璃,如果垫圈 呈油状?沾染油污?
必须更换垫圈。
Warning! 拆除火焰探测器,必须将孔洞封住,避免杂物进入燃机。
