职位目的：Carrying out quality control, reporting non-conformances, and providing

written reports of inspections and repairs of turbine gas turbine parts.

汇报上级：Operations Manager

职责描述：

1、Carrying out quality control, reporting non-conformances to initiate corrections

and inprovements, and providing written reports of inspections and repairs of

turbine gas turbine parts.

2 、 Special task: Ensuring the conformance of measurement means to

(inter-)national standards, to ensure repetitive and sufficiently accurate and

refurbished product features.

工作职责及责任：

1、Identifying parts at the beginning of inspection；

2、Carrying out initial quality control of unrepaired parts, to determine reparability

based on given instructions, and preparing written reports；

3、Carrying out intermediate quality control to assure adequate repair of parts；

4、Carrying out final quality control, and preparing reports；

5、Informing engineers and supervisors about any non-conformance found during

initial control, repair and final control stage；

6、Archiving of all documentation related to the QC-inspection；

7、Keeping him-/herself informed about relevant QC-inspection techniques, and

new QC-inspection technique developments in the market。

Special tasks (appointed QC person)

1、Performing and\or coordinating configuration, calibration, repair, and release of

measuring equipment and instruments according instructions；

2、Adjusting furnaces processes；

3、Setting-up and maintaining calibration instructions according the requirements

of internal instructions, manuals, and relevant quality standards；

4 、 Supporting specification, purchasing and acceptance of measurement

equipment.

岗位要求：

1 、 Upper secondary technical education, with 5 years of experience in quality

control；

2 、 Having relevant and valid certificates in at least two non-destructive testing

techniques like: eddy current inspection, ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle

inspection, X-ray inspection, etc；

3、Ability to properly understand and implement mechanical drawings (section dwg;

construction dwg; etc.)；

4、Fluent knowledge of English language；

5、Strict and persistent in maintaining quality standards；

6、Strong oral and written communication skills；

7、Good interpersonal and organizational skills；

8、Computer skills and minimum general PC knowledge (Word, Excel, MS-Project,

etc)；

9、Capability to guide, coordinate and motivate co-workers；

10、Good understanding of QESH System；

11、Self-organized and able to work with minimum supervision;
