The overall goal of this system knowledge and troubleshooting training is to provide the
technician with the knowledge, tools, and techniques required for safe and efficient
troubleshooting in the specified machine range.

Course information - Requirements and passing criteria

• To pass this training a theoretical test and a practical test needs to be completed with a
score of minimum 80% correct answers and signed-off.

• The following rules apply if the score is less than 80%.


• 0-70%: Re-test. A test can only be taken three times in total. If the score is less than 80%
at the third attempt, the trainee needs to motivate why additional attempts should be
offered or retake the training.

• 70-80%: Re-take the failed questions individually with the trainer. This can be done directly
in relation to the training session or by digital communication within maximum 1 month.

• The practical test needs to be completed within 3 months after the theoretical test has
been completed.
