ANXIETY
DISORDERS
The term "anxiety disorder" refers to
disorders that involve extreme fear or
worry. This includes generalized anxiety
disorder (GAD), panic disorder and panic
attacks, agoraphobia, social anxiety
disorder: separation anxiety. and
specific phobias.

DEPRESSION
Depression is a low mood that lasts
for a long time, affecting everyday life.
it is often triggered by a mix of
genetic, psychological and envirommental
factors; studies show that the risk of
becoming depressed can be increased by
life events such as poverty, death of a
loved one, phusical illness or abuse. For
some, the risk is also hereditary.

Eating disorders are behavioral

emotions. They can be very serious conditions
affecting physical, psychological and social
function. Types of eating disorders include
anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge
eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food
intake disorder, other specified feeding and
eating disorder, pica and rumination
disorder.

spending a lot of time worrying about your
weight and body shape.
avoiding socialising when you think food
will be involved.
eating very little food.
