यह समझौता/राजीनामा तारीख 19.06.2023 को दिन सोमवार को ककरण कुमारी

(पक्ष नंबर 1) उम्र 20 वर्ष पुत्री कमला शंकर पत्नी अरुण ननवासी पोस्ट रोखा,

ग्राम अस्थो रायपरु , जजला रायबरे ली, उत्तर प्रिे श 229310 और अरुण (पक्ष नंबर

2) उम्र 22 वर्ष पुत्र चंदिका प्रसाि ननवासी पोस्ट रोखा, ग्राम अस्थो रायपुर, जजला

रायबरे ली, उत्तर 229310 के बीच ककया गया, जो कक िोनों पाटी वतषमान में अभी

एक-िस
ू रे साथ मकान नंबर 186, गली नंबर 2, मोती नगर, लुधियाना में रहते हैं

जबकि िहां िह बताना है कि

1. ककरण कुमारी (पत्नी, पक्ष नंबर 1) और अरुण (पनत, पक्ष नंबर 2) ने आपसी

सहमनत से मां वैष्णो शशव मंदिर, गली नंबर 9, डॉ. अंबेडकर नगर, लधु ियाना

में 06.04.2023 को शािी की थी।

2. ककरण कुमारी (पत्नी) और अरुण (पनत) आपसी समझ की कमी और आपसी

समझ न बनने के कारण के कारण अलग-अलग रहना चाहते हैं और पनत-पत्नी

के इस ररश्ते को खत्म करना चाहते हैं और हमेशा के शलए एक-िस

ू रे से अलग

होना चाहते हैं।

अब िह समझौता/राजीनामा इस बात िा गवाह है कि:

1. ककरण कुमारी (पत्नी) और अरुण (पनत) आपसी सहमनत से एक-िस

ू रे से अलग

होना चाहते हैं और एक-िस

ू रे से अलग हो रहे हैं, अब से ककसी भी पाटी का

एक-िस
ू रे पर कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा।

2. अब से ककरण कुमारी (पत्नी) और अरुण (पनत) वववाह की ककसी भी ननयम

और शतें का पालन करने के शलए बाध्य नहीं है , ना ही एक-िस

ू रे पर वैवादहक

अधिकारों की बहाली के शलए या ना ही कोई अन्य िीवानी यां फोजिारी इस

वववाह के संबंि में केस करें गे।

3. ककरण कुमारी (पत्नी) पक्ष नंबर 1 मकान नंबर 186, गली नंबर 2, मोती

नगर, लुधियाना छोड़कर अपने माता-वपता के घर पोस्ट रोखा, ग्राम अस्थो

रायपरु , जजला रायबरे ली उत्तर परिे श जा रही है और अपने साथ ज्वैलरी या

कैश जैसी कोई चीज नहीं ले जा रही है ।

4. ककरण कुमारी (पत्नी) पक्ष नंबर 1 केवल वही चीजें अपने साथ वावपस लेके जा

रही है जो वह अपने साथ शािी के समय अपने साथ लाई थी।

5. यह समझौता/राजीनामा डुपलीकेट कोपी में लागू ककया जाएगा। असली कोपी

पनत (पक्ष नंबर 2) के पास तथा िस

ू री डुपलीकेट कोपी पत्नी (पक्ष नंबर 1) के

पास रहे गी और एक डुपलीकेट कोपी नजिीकी पशु लस सटे शन में जमा करवाई

जाएगी।

हम (किरण िुमारी और अरुण) बबना किसी दबाव िा जबरदस्ती िे इस समझौते पर

अपनी चेतना में हस्ताक्षर िर रहे हैं

 AFFIDAVIT

I, Kiran Kumari aged 20 years D/o Kamla Shankar S/o Budhu R/o Post
Rokha, Gram Astho Raipur, District Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh 229310 and
presently residing at H.no 186, St. No.2, Moti Nagar, Ludhiana on rent, do
hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under:-

1. That I am citizen of India.

2. That I have performed my marriage with Arun aged 22 years S/o

Chandrika Prasad R/o Post Rokha, Gram Astho Raipur, District Rae
Bareli, Uttar 229310 presently residing at Maa Vaishno Shiv Mandir,
St. No.9, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Ludhiana on 06.04.2023.

3. That now I am not happy with this marriage due to lack of mutual
understanding and wants to end this relationship of husband and wife

as per agreement (समझौता/राजीनामा) with mutual consent.

4. That now I want live separately to end this marriage and I am leaving
Ludhiana and going to Uttar Pradesh at my parental house.

5. That I am not taking anything like jewellery or money but only taking
things back which I brought with me at the time of marriage.

6. That Arun aged 22 years S/o Chandrika Prasad is no longer my

husband and I will not take any legal action whether civil or criminal in
relation to our marriage.

7. That the contents of this affidavit have been read over and explained
to me in simple Hindi Language and the contents of the same are
correct.

Vaishno Shiv Mandir, St. No.9, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Ludhiana on rent, do
hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under: -

1. That I am citizen of India.

2. That I have performed my marriage with Kiran Kumari aged 20 years

D/o Kamla Shankar S/o Budhu R/o Post Rokha, Gram Astho Raipur,
District Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh 229310 at Maa Vaishno Shiv Mandir,
St. No.9, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Ludhiana on 06.04.2023.

3. That now I am not happy with this marriage due to lack of mutual
understanding and wants to end this relationship of husband and wife

as per agreement (समझौता/राजीनामा) with mutual consent.

4. That now I want live separately to end this marriage and I have no
objection if kiran kumari leaving Ludhiana and going to Uttar Pradesh
at her parental house.

5. That Kiran Kumari aged 20 years D/o Kamla Shankar is no longer my

wife and I will not take any legal action whether civil or criminal in
relation to our marriage neither claim anything.

6. That the contents of this affidavit have been read over and explained
to me in simple Hindi Language and the contents of the same are

1. That we have got married on 06.04.2023 at Maa Vaishno Shiv Mandir,

St. No.9, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Ludhiana

2. That now with mutual consent we want to end this marriage and wants
to live separately apart from each other.

3. That now we are no longer husband and wife will not file any case
whether civil or criminal in relation to our marriage.

4. That we agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned in agreement

(समझौता/राजीनामा).

5. That the contents of this affidavit have been read over and explained
to us in simple Hindi Language and the contents of the same are
correct.
