VI: RATIONALE

Child protection policy adhered with the child rights Act of 2003. This policy

provides special protection to children who are gravely threatened or endangered by

circumstances . It also aims to protect child from all forms of violence, including bullying.

A child friendly school motivates students to come to school with out any fear

which will allow a healthy learning growth for the child. A bully free and a worryfree

environment make the child feel safe which is more advantages for efficient learning and

will encourage a harmonious camaraderie between students.

However, Kalingayan Elementary School has adopted the policy to conduct

activities that will ensure that the pupils are feel safe and secure.

VII: OBJECTIVES

This oirientation aims to:

  Maintain and Promoting of a child friendly school.

 Maintenance of school atmosphere where love and trust reign as foundation of

learning.

 A bullying free and a violence free environment.
