2. Seminar About Basic First Aid – March 31, 2022 – Friday 11:00am – 12:30pm
3. Seminar About Basic Life Support – June 30, 2023 – Friday 11:00am – 12:30pm

I. Title: Certificate Papers for Participation and Recognition

II. Implementing Agency: SDO Navotas – Filemon T. Lizan Senior High School

III. Rationale:

Filemon T. Lizan Senior High School is an institution that promotes quality education
and instills moral values to its students. We make sure that our students get the best
education and stay in our environment that is conducive to learning.

IV. Objectives:

Since Filemon T. Lizan Senior High School is newly established schools that have
more than 600 students, certificates are needed in all activities that will be done on school
premises.
In connection to this, Filemon T. Lizan Senior High School aims to:
1. Purchase certificates paper for participation and recognition that will be used to conduct
school activities and programs efficiently and productively.
2. To provide students certificates for every seminar they’ve attended by Red Cross
Youths
