II. CONTEXT :

As mandated by the division in pursuit of a better learning at home under the new normal education, Radio Broadcasting Instruction (RBI) and Television Based Instruction (TBI) and
Teleradyo were introduced. To show its fluidity carried by the drastic change of the education landscape, the media station of VVCES was developed and it is called ‘The Highway Network.’
Furthermore, identified teachers who will lead each core group underwent trainings initiated by Dr. Cristy S. Agudera, Focal, Dr. Darwin F. Suyat, TBI Focal, Dr. Maria Fe D. Sibuan,
TBI/RBI/Teleradyo/ focal, with the supervision of Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Josephine L. Fadul along with the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Melanie P. Estacio, and
CID Chief Dr. Christine C. Bagacay.
In order to multiply the learned knowledge and skills out from the trainings,,,,. Despite the financial challenges, the school still stood up to find ways to perform the assigned the
task. For the record, VVCES is always ricocheting its core values in every endeavor it delves in “In unity, there is strength.” Indeed, the founding of the Highway Network is another hallmark
of achievement.

III. OBJECTIVES :

The installation of The Highway Network aims to:

 1. Enhance the quality of learning and teaching through media base instruction for the public school learners.
2. To have a conducive studio for the TvbI, Teleradyo Recording room.
