In the end, the group selected a business project: “Office Coffee ''. Because
Coffee has become an indispensable part of the daily life of Vietnamese people,
especially office workers. People drink coffee in a very sophisticated and
unique way. If in European countries, coffee is considered a quick drink,

helping to regain energy quickly, then in Vietnam, coffee is a drink of
relaxation. For Vietnamese people, drinking coffee means sipping and
contemplating. If you walk on the streets of Vietnam, you will often see images
of people sitting and talking with friends and occasionally taking a sip of coffee.
There are also some people who choose to drink coffee as a quiet time to relax

1. The group leader assigns members to check the content of the article.
The group project required a maximum of 400-500 words in length, but after the
members checked, the content was longer than 800 words. Therefore, everyone
agreed to shorten the content. The deadline to edit project is October 14,
12p.m
2. Unify the estimated revenue and cost figures of the project
Oanh suggested that the initial estimated capital be about 180 million VND.
Afterwards, Thuong suggested that the estimated cost of the project be 100
million VND.

I. Meeting contents
1. The meeting took place and the whole team discussed the expected costs
each year to be reasonable and consistent with the initial expected capital
source.
Initially, Giang expected other expenses to be about 20 million/year. But Ngan
said ‘it's not enough’. So the whole group discussed and adjusted other costs to
35 million/year.
2. Next, because costs have changed, Giang and Thuong need to adjust the
accompanying revenue and profit table.
3. Re-unify the store's promotion program.
The Store will launch promotions and discounts on holidays. Besides, each
customer, after accumulating 6 ticks, will be able to choose incentives such as
receiving cakes. or free drinks or 10% off the total bill. This can help the store
gain loyal customers and potential customers.

3.1 Reasons for grouping
Our group of 6 was formed with 5 members whose immediate goal is to
get a high score in English 4 and supplement their knowledge of English. From
there, practice teamwork skills, communication skills, planning as well as
business ideas. Provides the necessary knowledge and skills to decide to open a
business store.
3.2 Outcome
- Through online and offline group meetings, the group has built a spirit of
solidarity and support in completing work on time
- Everyone actively supported and contributed to each other, so the work was
done quite smoothly, no one missed deadlines.
3.3 Efficiency
- The initially set goals were all completed on schedule
- During the work process, there were some difficulties, but everyone

The shop's products are mainly coffee, tea and milk tea, and ice blended
drinks. Next to it are suitable cakes such as cookies, mousse or tiramisu... (the
cakes change according to the season).

The shop's target customers are office workers who have stable income

The customers are attracted by the quality of carefully selected coffee
beans, the modern decoration and the enthusiastic attitude of the staff here.
It’s competitors are long-standing cafe chains which have a large number
of customers such as The Coffee House, Highland, Starbucks,...Besides,
sidewalk cafe business appearing causes fierce competition.
It’s competitive advantage is the quality and flavor of carefully selected
coffee beans. Especially, they show their customers how to make coffee
according to their favorite taste, that makes a difference.
5. Sales and marketing strategy.
Stores use pricing strategies and trade promotion strategies. Price is
determined based on two criteria: general price of stores in the area and
production costs. In addition, there is a word-of-mouth marketing strategy that
helps create a good impression on customers, and customers will automatically
promote and introduce free products to the store.
Some other promotional strategies such as: Distributing leaflets, running
ads on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and some store
promotions... with an average advertising cost of about 15 million/year.
