MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The deed is executed by the INOMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL located at

Inoman, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, a school duly existing under the Government of the
Philippines and duly represented by MARLENE C. SARGINSON, of legal age, Filipino
citizen and resident of Brgy. Nama, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as
the FIRST PARTY, and RANDY V. NIPALES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident
of Inoman, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the INOMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Brgy. Inoman,

Pozorrubio, Pangasinan represented by MARLENE C. SARGINSON has assigned a
contract of the SECOND PARTY RANDY V. NIPALES as utility worker for a period of
six (6) months effective MARCH 1, 2024 to AUGUST 31, 2024.

WHEREAS, the both parties bind themselves with the terms/conditions set forth
herein:
1. Honorarium shall be TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P2,500.00) ONLY/
month to be charged from the school MOOE.
2. Normal schedule of duty shall be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of the
week and for emergency cases that need his services in the school at 7:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the utility services not limited to maintaining the
cleanliness and orderliness of the school compound, opening and closing the
gate when necessary, and gardening, guarding the school from astray
animals and strangers.
3. Do minor repairs of the school facilities if needed.
4. Shall perform his duties based on the policies set forth by the school.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 1 st day of March,
2024 at Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, Philippines.
