The FunOlympic 2024 website was carefully developed using a systematic method under the
guidance of Mr. Anil Pandey to ensure its smooth completion. This included outlining the
requirements for the project, ranking them according to significance, and determining if they
could be completed within the allotted time. Agile technique was adopted in recognition of the
limitations imposed by the waterfall paradigm, enabling incremental improvements, regular
customer engagements, and flexible methods. The utilization of an agile methodology facilitated
the smooth alignment of alterations with the intended goals and adaptation to changing
requirements. The software solution was delivered on schedule and with precise adherence to
requirements thanks to the approach, methods, and resources selected. These elements served as
the cornerstone of the planning phase and execution.
Initial Meeting and Requirement Planning:
Since development is all about collaborative and iterative software development processes, I am
using the Agile methodology in this project. Agile is all about adaptation, flexibility, and
continual advancement; a 200-hour work week and considerably shortened to fit the 12-week
schedule, such a schedule structuring was best adapted by the Agile approach. It advocated for
effective lines of communication, produced balanced feedback loops, and worked with
incremental progress during the developing process. Developing the FunOlympics 2024 website
began with the founding meeting dated 30th January 2024. This first meeting laid the launching
pad for cooperation between client and me, the developer, in outlining their specifications and
desired features for the website. Further inquiry is bringing up things that sound like role-based
access, live streaming, account management, integration of real-time chat, and sections that will
be highlighting accomplishments and news updates.
