TASK: Excavation and Laying of Cable from A8 TO A.9

1 Raise Permit to Work (PTW) and Permit to work will enable the asset owners know about the job
other applicable attachment and put all control in place before execution of work.
2 Conduct Tool Box Meeting Toolbox meeting to be conducted to enable workers identify the
hazard and put control in place before commencing activities
3 Visual Inspection This involved the inspection of the work area where work is to be
carried out.
4 Do Excavation work Excavation work to be carried out with the use of insulated
excavation materials to enable laying of cable.
5 Laying of Cable Laying of cable from A8 TO A9
6 Back filling of Sand Back filling of sand will be carried out will be carried out after cable
have been laid.
