 Marking of the working area at least 1 meter from the
edge of the trench,
 Safety signs will be displayed for this operation,
 Tool box talk will be given by the HSSE supervisor to
the worker at site,
 Permit to work signed and completed by the HSSE
supervisor concerned parties
 Persons not involved in this operation will be cleared
Only competent persons will be involved in this

operationOnly authorized persons will be in the work
pressure
area,
 Fix and prepare where to drain the pipe linePrepare a
drain pit to contain the testing water
 Wear appropriate PPE,
 Check the compressor and hose connection,
 Reduce compressor noise as much as possible.Use ear
plugs where noise exist (Air compressor)
 The HSSE supervisor shall ensure the display of sign
‘prohibited accesses to the work area’.
 Marking of the working area at least 1 meter from the
edge of the trench,
- Pressure Foam Pig  Safety signs will be displayed for this operation
 Permit to work signed and completed by the HSSE

Verification of the conditions of use of PPE and their
