1. Safety-toe shoes are required when entering in plant facility.
2. Some areas may have deviating PPE requirements. Always
listen to directions from C&BC representative and observe
the posted signs.
EMERGENCIES, INCLUDING MEDICAL
• If you observe an emergency, please inform immediately the
C&BC representative, or dial +917069469423 (Safety officer),
or +917069469422 (HR) from any mobile phone or from any
company phone, dial 33 (Safety officer) or 28 (HR) or 35
(Security gate).
• If you hear a plant alarm or siren, listen for directions from
C&BC representative. Look for posted maps with evacuation
routes and assembly locations.
• Follow C&BC representative to the designated meeting
location. Wait in the location for further instructions
or an ALL-CLEAR signal.
• All C&BC facilities have trained First Responder personnel

Step aside for moving equipment (ex.
forklifts, tractors, crane, lifts etc.). Make eye
contact with the operator to be sure he or
she is aware of your presence in the shop.
Walk only in designated aisles. Watch for
tripping hazards.
Follow all safety warning signs. Watch for
hot or sharp surfaces.
There are no visitors restroom on the
manufacturing floor. Plan to use restroom
before or after plant visit.
Dust and Sand are present throughout the
facilities. Visitors should consult their doctor
prior to their visit.
Please be advised that plant visit involve a
significant amount of walking. Visitors with
mobility disabilities or other medical issues
should contact their C&BC representative in
advance to ensure safe accommodations
can be provided. Unfortunately, visitors with
leg casts, crutches or canes, will not be
permitted in manufacturing plant unless
arrangements have been made in advance
to provide a wheelchair and tour assistant.
