School Counseling Program Vision Statement:
The Counseling Department at BBSK Elementary envisions a future where every student
embodies the values of boldness, bravery, scholarly, and kindness. We aspire to nurture a
community where students emerge as confident and resilient individuals, equipped with the
social/emotional, academic, and career skills necessary for lifelong success. Through our
ongoing commitment to fostering inclusivity and support, we aim to empower each student to
reach their fullest potential, ensuring a lasting impact that transcends generations.
School Counseling Program Mission Statement:

Annual Student Outcome Goals (list all):
By 6/1/2023, any student whose success rate was lower than 15% in the previous year will
increase achievement by 6% from 13.7% to 19.7%.
