this experience may dawn
As breath turns from down to up,
between two breaths.
and again as breath curves from up to down –
After breath comes in (down)
through both these turns, realize.
and just before turning up (out) –
the beneficence.

Or, whenever in-breath and out-breath fuse, and stopped of itself,
at this instant touch the energy-less, or all in (down) and stopped –
energy-filled center. in such universal pause,
one’s small self vanishes.
This is difficult only for the impure.

When in worldly activity,
let mind be before thought.
keep attention between two breaths,
Let form fill with breath essence
and so practicing,
to the top of the head

as this reaches heart at the moment of sleep,
center on the two junctions of breath

Now let their beauty melt within. in the center of your spinal column.
Similarly, at any point in space or on a wall – In such be transformed.

Then your wish for another comes true.

Blessed one,
of the head with your hands,
as senses are absorbed in the heart,
a space between your eyes

meditate on knowing and not-knowing, supportless,
