Practicum Guidelines For Students
1st Step: The student should create a well-composed Resume/Curriculum Vitae which will then be
submitted to their assigned company upon approval of the adviser.
2nd Step: Once the Resume/Curriculum Vitae is already done by the student, he/she will now undergo
to mock interview as part of their initial training as future professionals in the industry.
3rd Step: After the student passed the mock interview, he/she is now subject for recommendation to the
prospect company he/she wants to start the OJT.
4th Step: Should the company accept the student to conduct his/her OJT on their site, a Memorandum
of Agreement must present to the company and should thereby be signed by their representative.
5th Step: Once the parties have signed the MOA, student should make the document legal by notarizing
it to a legal person. (1 NOTARIZED MOA, 1 COMPANY)
6TH Step: After the training becomes official and legal, student is ready for their 600 hours OJT.
ORIENTATION:
The student should finish his/her OJT before the end of the semester. Only those students who have less
than 100 hours will be given consideration if ever that he/she have not yet finish his/her OJT right before
the finals.
Should any problem occur during the completion of OJT, the student should always inform his/her
adviser in order to address whatever the issue may be.
If the student cannot be able to finish his/her OJT in the respective company, a resignation letter must be
submitted to the management.
