NHT RGC A (72-K-01A) compressor post startup checks on 03.04.

2024 (3 rd shift)

1. Lube oil leak (check all possible locations like crank case, inspection covers, LO filter, AOP,
MOP, PRV etc.) and top-up requirement -NO
2. Jacket CW outlet temperature (TG status in field) – South cylinder TG showing higher value
of 85 deg C , north cylinder Side temperature is 50 deg C.
3. Packing CW outlet temperature (TG status in field)-Working
4. Packing vent pressure (seal leak off) of all cylinders- 0.2 kgf/cm2
5. Abnormal sound/vibration -No
6. Machine parameters- found within normal range values
7. Lube oil filter DP increase and change over frequency – 0.45 kgf/cm2, no changeover since
compressor startup.
8. Lubricator pumps functioning and level top up- yes, level is healthy.
9. Hydro-com system functioning (including pump) - yes
10. N2 to compressor blind status- blinded condition
11. Compressor PSVs status- lined up condition
12. AOP and CW pump in auto- yes
13. Inner/outer compartment (distance piece) DPs – 700 mm H2O for both cylinders
14. Motor current- 65A
15. Discharge pressure / temperature- 32.7 kgf/cm2, 94 deg C
16. Actuator leaks- No
17. Any other leaks at valves/flanges/piping- No
18. Any unusual smell (eg. H2S)- Nil
