Dear Ma’am:

In connection with our study entitled, “The Efficacy of Supreme Student

Government in Ligao National High School, SY: 2022-2023”, may we request to conduct
our activities such as conducting an interview to the SSG Officers and randomly
selecting students in any grade level that will access some information and that will be
utilized to further evaluate the efficacy of the SSG in LNHS. Furthermore, information’s
like daily operation and the institution projects and program will be the focal point of our
study.
