1. Yes, because it aspires to completely alter the country's public

transportation system, bringing both commuting and public transportation operations
up to global standards.

2. Land is a major problem in our community; we don't have a good road for
transportation, and while they always attempt to fix it, they frequently abandon it
in the middle of construction, which causes us great inconvenience, especially when
we are traveling to school. Additionally, the construction can result in traffic,
which is particularly problematic for those who commute to work and school. This is
related to RA 4136.

3. Simply initiating a community outreach program in which we can attempt

to organize clean-up efforts, take action against anything that harms the
environment, and disseminate information about how we affect the ecosystem simply
by acting irresponsibly.
