Re: Swarco ITC-PC software - LISA Traffic Engineering and Programming Tool

At SWARCO, we are committed to continually assessing the performance and relevance of our
product offerings across different markets worldwide.

In the Nordic market, the LHOVRA algorithm, stands out globally for its integrated safety
features and exceptional agility.
This algorithm, especially with our recent advancements; Smart Intersection, Smart Corridor,
Smart Prio and SMART AI programming, delivers state of the art control for optimal traffic flow,
marking it as SWARCO's top products for the Nordic market and improved environmental
sustainability.

We will also continue to support our customers strategy with RSMP, as an open and modern
protocol for communication between traffic lights, roadside equipment, central monitoring and
traffic management systems.

Based on this assessment, we would like to inform you of a pivotal decision in our product
strategy.
Effective immediately, the LISA Traffic Engineering and Programming Tool, originally designed
by our 100% Group company Schlothauer & Wauer Ingenieurgesellschaft für Straßenverkehr
mbH, will be discontinued for sale in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
With assistance from our legal department license conditions and agreements for LISA with
existing customers are currently reviewed and we will reach out in due course individually.

Additionally, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to the market, we are excited to make
the ITC-PC software available for all end users as well as consultant companies to program and
re-program new and existing traffic controllers.
This shift aligns with our dedication to meet the specific needs and preferences of our
customers in the Nordic region.
