Cada año en el Perú se generan más de 7 millones de toneladas de residuos sólidos y el 70% de estos residuos los generamos nosotros con
actividades que forman parte de nuestra vida diaria. Esta basura está contaminando nuestro planeta. Lamentablemente, se ha incrementado el
uso exagerado de residuos sólidos en los últimos años y solo cerca del 9% se recicla. Para ello, te invitamos a reflexionar con base en las
siguientes preguntas: ¿Qué materiales reciclables tenemos en casa? ¿Podría convertirlos en otros objetos útiles? ¿Qué pasos debo seguir para
crear estos objetos con materiales reciclados? ¿Puedo compartir en inglés ideas que permitan reciclar residuos sólidos?

PROPÓSITO:

THE CHALLENGE
Tu reto es: Crear un instructivo ilustrado para crear un objeto con material reciclado y así poder promover el manejo adecuado de los residuos
sólidos.
Activity 2: HOW TO MAKE A BAG WITH AN OLD T-SHIRT

The textile industry causes much of the air and water pollution on the planet. The clothing industry is the world’s second
largest polluter. Only the oil industry is more contaminating. One thing we can do is look for ways to repurpose old
clothing. We can recycle old clothes and transform them into something that is both useful and helpful for the planet.
Remember, change starts at home. Today, we are going to make a bag from an old T-shirt. Look at these instructions!
How to make a bag with an old T-shirt
For this project you only need two things: an old t-shirt and scissors.
Materials:
