Filipino Shanghai is a type of spring roll (lumpiang shanghai) that originated in the Philippines.
It’s made by wrapping seasoned ground pork mixture in thin spring roll wrappers and then deep-
frying until crispy. The result is a delightful blend of textures and flavors.
Ingredients:

 Ground pork, Garlic, Onion, Soy sauce, Spring roll wrappers, Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix the ground pork with minced garlic, chopped onion, and soy sauce.
2. Wrap the mixture in spring roll wrappers, sealing the edges with water.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shanghai rolls until golden brown.
