8 Project Designing A Physical Fitness Program
Directions: A physical fitness program is a set of activities that are meant to help individuals improve or maintain their
performance in these areas. Following this sort of program for the rest of their lives can reduce the risk of getting a
variety of chronic health conditions significantly. Create a physical fitness program for the following life cycle groups:
teenagers and children, healthy persons under the age of 35, individuals over the age of 35 who are sedentary on a
regular basis and have a known health issue, and adults aged 18 to 64. Use the Department of Health's physical activity
prescription as a reference in developing your physical fitness program.
