TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -

(i) All items to be supplied along with test report, Make, Model, Guarantee/ Warranty certificate as per our requirement.

(ii) Installation/commissioning and all inway jobs done by L-1 vendor. After installation provide connection/ layout diagram
to user.

(iii) In case of any clarification required about the items, the bidder may confirm from nearest Coast Guard StoreDepot viz
CGSD(MB), Mumbai/CGSD(CHN), Chennai/CGSD(K), Kochi/CGSD(PBD), Porbandar/CGSD(PDP), Paradip and RSD(PBR), Port Blair.

(iv) Bidders are requested to read all the terms and conditions carefully and due diligence to be exercised whilst submission of bids
to avoid disqualification/rejection.

(vii) Vendors are requested to visit CGSD(MB), Mumbai/CGSD(CHN), Chennai/CGSD(K), Kochi/CGSD(PBD), Porbandar/CGSD(PDP),
Paradip and RSD(PBR), Port Blair for inspection of sample prior submission of quote to ensure correct submission of bids as per
approved sample. A sample inspection proforma duly signed by CGSD(MB), Mumbai/CGSD(CHN), Chennai/CGSD(K),
Kochi/CGSD(PBD), Porbandar/CGSD(PDP), Paradip and RSD(PBR), Port Blair staff and firm’s rep is to be uploaded on GeM Portal
before bid submission end date. The sample Inspection Preformat format is as follows: -
