Is it necessary for teachers to learn about school curriculum? why? write your answers

-Yes. One of the most significant tasks of a teacher is to create and manage a curriculum,
thus all instructors must be knowledgeable with school curriculum. Also, it is for them in order to
facilitate easy learning for learners and engage them with sources of knowledge that enable them
to explore concepts. The instructor will always be assisted by the curriculum in making a better
adjustment to the setting. The teacher is undoubtedly the most considered major in the process of
implementing the curriculum. Teachers are essential to any endeavor to construct curriculum
because of their knowledge, experiences, and abilities. Since they are the ones in charge of
providing the curriculum for the classroom and have the most expertise in the field of teaching,
better instructors foster greater learning.
Every school has a unique curriculum and instruction. The training of a school's teachers
is always guaranteed. One must recognize that having a strong curriculum is one thing, but
accomplishing it may necessitate the use of several resources, with instructors serving as the
major resource in ensuring that the curriculum floats smoothly. Curriculum is material, but when
it is contextualized, learners are more engaged. This is something that teachers must grasp.
Teachers' responsibilities within the curricular process include assisting students in creating
meaningful connections between the subject matter and the fundamental learning process. A
more engaging learning environment will come from active learning's ability to sharpen
concentration and retain information. For the purpose of delivering content, teachers must create
lessons that incorporate simulations, experiments, case studies, and exercises. Incorporating
curriculum and real-world experiences, this participatory method fully immerses students in their
education. The development of the curriculum gives instructors the chance to express their
creativity and personalize the learning environment.
