A stakeholder has arrived for an appointment with the school administrator to discuss about a project extended to the
students, and so he immediately visits the administrative assistant to be checked in. The stakeholder does not speak English as
first language and he is struggling to communicate that he is running a few minutes late. As a result, he is worried if he has
successfully booked for an appointment.
Guide Question:
1. What is the type of barrier in this scenario?
2. What is linguistic barrier?
3.What is the strategy to avoid communication breakdown?
