Content Standards: The learners demonstrate an understanding on: how to communicate very
well as a Medical Transcriptionist.
Performance Standard: The learners should be able to: Practice themselves on how to use ICT
Tools in Communication.

Learning Objectives:
At the end of the discussion, the students are expected to:
