 B. Lesson Proper
The teacher will discuss the
different tools in foot spa.
Callous Remover is a tool designed to
strip off calluses and corns. A cuticle
Nail Pusher is a tool used to push back
and loosen the cuticles. Cuticle Nipper
is an implement used to cut the cuticles.
Foot File - used to grate the dead skin
off your feet. It removes hard, scaley,
and dead skin from your feet to make
them healthy and smooth. Foot filing is
even helpful in avoiding painful corns or
calluses.
Pumice Stone- Can be used to remove
the dead skin from a callus or corn.
Reducing the size of the callus or corn
may result in less pressure or friction
and less pain. Use the stone daily, and
rinse the stone after each use.
Antiseptic Solution - An antiseptic is a
substance that stops or slows down the
growth of microorganisms. They're
frequently used in hospitals and other
medical settings to reduce the risk of
infection during surgery and other
procedures.
