CROCHET PATTERN

MATERIALS
Yarn: all of the same thickness. I use
orange, black, white - Pekhorka Uspeshnaya 220 m/50 gr (240 yds/1.7 oz)
brown Lama Classic 235 m/50 gr (257 yds/ 1/7 oz)
Corresponding hook. Mine is 1,3 mm (US size 10)
Filler
Black beads for eyes
Tapestry needle to sew the parts and a needle to sew on beads
Black DMC thread for eyebrows
Scissors
Brooch pin, mine is 2 cm (0.7 inch)
Optionally: pins, stitch marker

MAKING LEGS
Brown yarn:
1. 4 Sc in MR
2. 4 sc
Orange yarn:
3-4. 4 sc
Cut the yarn, let’s make the second leg.
Next, do not cut the yarn, make a chain of 7.
Join legs. I join them by making a sc
(without any sl.st),
5. make sc, inc, 2 sc once you joined the
legs.
Crochet over the chain, making 7 sc, till you
reach the second leg, make sc, inc, 2 sc
and get back along the chain, crocheting 7
sc in the opposite direction (24)

Leave an end for sewing on the brooch pin
and head, cut the yarn. Add filler.
MAKING HEAD
Use a “seam” method (a chain st at the beginning of the round, a sl.st. at the
end) Black yarn:

Leave a tail for sewing up the hole and
cut the yarn. We will add filler while
attaching the ears.
MAKING EARS
Orange yarn:
1. 4 sc in magic ring

5. (4 sc, inc)*2 (12)
Sl.st., leave an end to sew the ears on
the head and cut the yarn.
Sew the ears circle-wise through the
front loops of the stitches. Make a few
stitches through the ear bottom so that the
stuffing stays in place inside the head.

Add filler through the hole,
sew the hole up.

MAKING ARMS (2)
Brown yarn:
1. 4 sc in magic ring
2. 4 sc
Orange yarn:
40 sc
Leave an end for sewing. I also
stretch and twist the arms between my
fingers thus making them longer and
more even. Sew on the body. Fasten
off little bit down the side as well.

MAKING EYES
White yarn

Sew 2 black beads straight on the
eye center (magic ring), add a brooch pin
and embroider eyebrows.
MAKING TAIL

Sl.st., leave an end for sewing and
cute the yarn. Sew on the body as shown
on photo.
