HomeWorks. Transferred data between LifeStream™ and Cerner Beyond Now differs, depending on the
direc�on that the data is flowing:

Ques�ons and Responses Date and Time of
Responses to Vitals Reading (UCT) into the Export ID field located on the Pa�ent
Demographics screen within the LifeStream™
applica�on. This Export ID should be the same
CERNER BEYOND NOW TO LIFESTREAM value used within the Cerner Beyond Now
Pa�ent Demographic applica�on to iden�fy the pa�ent.
