PREFACE

We offer all praise and gratitude to Allah SWT and we convey our
prayers and greetings to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Among the many
blessings of Allah SWT which brings us from darkness to the dimension of
light which gives wisdom and is most beneficial for all mankind, therefore I
can complete this business proposal task well and on time.

The aim and objective of preparing this proposal is to fulfill one of


the tasks given by lecturer Marwah Juwita Yusuf, SS.M.Hum in the English
II course.

In the process of preparing this assignment, I encountered


obstacles, but thanks to material support, I was finally able to complete
this assignment quite well.

Everything that is wrong comes only from humans and all the right
things come only from religion thanks to the blessings of faith from Allah
SWT, however of course this task is still far from perfection, therefore I
really hope for all suggestions and constructive criticism from all parties
for improvement in the next assignment. I hope that this assignment will
be useful especially for me and for other readers in general.

INTRODUCTION

A. Background

As time goes by, the number of culinary creations in


Indonesia is increasing, which are very numerous and very unique to
meet consumer interests. There are quite a lot of all types of food
served in all regions because the availability of raw materials is very
easy to obtain, giving rise to the idea of opening a "spicy grilled
meatballs and sausages" business.

The business of grilled meatballs and sausages with spicy


sauce is a food that can be said to be unique because this business
is also intended for all people to try its very delicious spicy and
savory taste. People are also more familiar with meatballs and
sausages, so this business has attracted quite a lot of public
attention.

The opportunity for grilled meatballs and sausages with


spicy sauce is still quite wide considering that grilled meatballs with
spicy sauce are a culinary delight that many people like. Even

though many grilled meatballs and sausages use other sauces, this
culinary dish is quite tempting because the sauce is different from
other grilled meatballs and sausages. With good management, this
business will run smoothly and successfully.

PRODUCT

A. Reasons Why You Chose This Business Name

From the results of the research and information I found, the


reason I chose the name of the grilled meatball and sausage
business is "SOSBAK AWWA" namely :

1. Consumer Likes and Preferences: Business names such as


"SOSBAK AWWA" were chosen because they reflect the unique
taste that consumers are interested in.

2. Quality and Price: The business name can also reflect the
quality of the products and prices offered, for example "These
grilled meatballs and sausages are quality at affordable prices.

3. Unique and Attractive: A unique and attractive business name


can help in business attraction and branding, such as "SOSBAK
AWWA".

4. Innovation and Uniqueness: Choosing a name that reflects the


innovation or uniqueness of the meatball and grilled sausage
products offered can be a supporting factor in culinary
marketing.

And there is also another reason why the meatball and grilled
sausage that I founded is called "SOSBAK AWWA" because the
word "SOSBAK" is an abbreviation for grilled meatball sausage.
Meanwhile, the word "AWWA" comes from a typical nickname for
my little brother.

B. Logo philosophy

Grilled meatball and sausage logo design is one of the important


aspects in building a strong brand image and depicting the unique
identity of the grilled meatball and sausage business. This logo is
able to attract consumer attention.

To create this effective logo, it is necessary to consider


several important design elements. First, choose a color that suits
the characteristics of the grilled meatballs and sausages, such as
red to describe the spicy and savory taste.

Apart from that, the shape and typography must also be


chosen carefully to reflect the desired impression, such as the

shape of meatballs and sausages that excite the taste buds. With
the right logo design, the meatball and grilled sausage business will
become increasingly well known and sought after by customers
who are looking for a delicious and unique culinary experience.

1. Design 1

This design uses a combination of red and black which


symbolizes enthusiasm and strength. This logo also uses the
symbol of grilled meatballs and sausages being grilled over hot
coals which symbolizes freshness and delicious deliciousness.

2. Design 2

The white color in the circle gives an idea that the product in the
packaging is very sterile and clean so it is suitable for public
consumption.

3. Design 3

The circle shape in the logo means it gives a dynamic


impression which can be interpreted as progress and moving
quickly in business. The circle shape is also the easiest shape
for the human brain to remember.

My sales location is right in front of the house located at on

such as adults, teenagers and children.

business needs to do and pay attention to is retaining existing
customers, continuing to maintain the delicious and savory taste of
this grilled meatball and sausage business.

which are snacks or side dishes that are popular with many

If it is assumed that for a day i sell 25 skewers at a price IDR


5.000 every stitch, then the sales revenue in day is 25 x IDR
5.000 = IDR 125.000.

 If it assumed that in a month selling meatballs and grilled


sausages is 25 x 30 hari x IDR 5.000 = IDR 3.750.000

F. Calculate Profit

To find out the amount of net income for one month is :

CLOSING

A. Conclusion

Business in the food or culinary sector is indeed promising

because a lot of the capital we invest can be returned or can also
collect profits, especially in today's modern areas with strange
names and unique foods that will quickly become famous among
young people, especially.

There is also the ability of the business to influence the


success or failure of the business we are running. The aim of
entrepreneurship in setting up a spicy grilled meatball and sausage
business is that apart from seeking profits for the business owner,
of course it also aims to preserve typical Indonesian culinary
delights and so that they are not less competitive with fast food.

In running this business, there are several things that might


happen in the process of business activities and these things can
affect the size of the profits the business gets. Things that may
happen and will definitely happen in the future include increases in
raw material prices, equipment damage, and product types of main
ingredients and complementary materials that are not durable.

I think this business can develop and will achieve success. I


am very confident that this business will progress and continue to
develop because the quality and taste are suitable for the tastes of
teenagers and adults to children. I am aware that this business will
not immediately develop rapidly, but I will continue to strive to
continue to try and develop this business. Some things I will do are:

competitive prices.

2. Create and develop creative and innovative products.

useful and increase profits.

B. Suggestion

My advice in opening a business in the culinary industry,


there are many competitors who operate in the same business field,
so there is a need for business strategies that must be carried out
to face competition competitively. However, there are still
opportunities to open a business in the culinary industry. This is
because food is the main need for humans to carry out their
activities.
