Project Proposal
My proposal for reconstruction of my village school.

Project scope:
If our village school is reconstructed again so there are many chances that many students can
continue their basic education again. After the flood of 2022-23, many students of class 1 to 5
left their study in the mid and they are not ready to continue their study due to destruction of
school.

Our village’s name is Raham Ali Khoso and this small village is located in the district Dadu, Tehsil
Mehar and Union Council Kolachi. Village Raham Ali Khoso is located on main location and
village is 1 Kilometres away from main National Highway. Village Raham Ali Khoso is based on
approximately 1000 households .

Rational:
School’s reconstruction is very necessary for the whole village . After construction of village
school, many students will able to continue their basic education. There is a huge need of a
school for villagers. There are many poor people who are not able to afford private schools fees
so that they force their children to leave school.

School is constructed in a government area. It was villager’s field but government bought it
from them and constructed school. This school is constructed before the flood of 2010-11. After
that disasterious flood, an NGO organization helped to construct it.

Objectives:
Our village school have been destroyed after flood of 2022-23 . After climate disaster, many
children have been deprived from basic education. They left their education in the mid. There is
no any school near by of our village as they can continue their study their. So, I want to
reconstruct this school as many students of our village can continue their study.
If we try to reconstruct school for villagers, it will be very helpful for them. There are many
villagers who are not affordable to private schools. So they force their children to leave their
schools in the mid.

Technical Specification:
In this regard, I will also cooperate with District Management and Non-Governmental
orginzations to help out to reconstruct this project.

I will request District Management to hire an engineer for this project as he can help us to give a
new map for school or should I construct on same location.

I will try to construct two classes because there were already two classes for students.

Enviromental Impact Assessment:

There are many environmental issues and negative impacts. I have thought to fight for them and
will try to control. There are some villagers who have issue from this project but I will try to
cooperate with them.

Community engagement:

I will also try to engage community members for this project. They will also help me in
reconstruction . First of all I will discuss with them about this proposal and Iam hopeful that
they help us.

I am considering that I will also take help from Non-Governmental organzation which name is
HANDS. The HANDS organization is also working on education system and many other sectors
where schools, hospitals and many more have been affected and damaged due to floods or
natural disasters.

Budget and Financing:

In this regard, I will need 50 million ruppes for construction work. It will cost 20 to 25 million
ruppes for reconstruction work of school building, 10- to 15 million rupees for Chairs of schools
and other. And 15 million ruppes will cost for sollar system in school beacuse there is no
electricity facility in our village.
In this regard, I will also approach Government and International Organizations and Non-
Governmental organizations. I will request them and give them all details about school. I will
also approach District Management for recruitment of School teacher.

Project Timeline:
This project will be for lifetime and it will take time for reconstruction work for about 4 to five
months. Within 5 months, reconstruction work will be completed.

I will try my best to complete this work before sesaonal moon-soon system in our country. I
have aimed to complete my project before this system.
