USG PELVIS

Urinary bladder is well distended and appears normal. No calculus/focal lesion seen.

Uterus is anteverted and is normal in size 7.7 x 4.5 x 3.0 cm and echopattern with no focal lesion. The endometrium
measures 6.6 mm and appear normal. The uterine cavity is empty.

Both ovaries are normal in size and echopattern. Right ovary measures 3.5 x 2.2 x 1.6 cm (Vol= 6.5 cc) and left ovary
measures 3.9 x 2.8 x 1.1 cm (Vol= 6.2 cc).

Small simple cyst measuring 19 x 19 mm is seen in the right adnexa, abutting the right ovary – exophytic ovarian cyst
appears more likely than paraovarian.

Pouch of Douglas is clear.
