SUBJECT: MDSF’S SAFETY AND SECURITY PROTOCOLS FOR VISITORS

Greetings of love and peace!

In support to the Bulacan Private School’s Association (BulPriSa), the Montessori De Sagrada
Familia, Inc., is delighted to welcome all basketball and swimming athletes and coaches to the
upcoming BulPriSa District Meet to be held on November 28-30, 2023 at the following MDSF
sports facilities:

In order to ensure the safety and security of all athletic events that will be held at MDSF, all
coaches and delegates are expected to adhere to the school’s rules and regulations for visitors.
Please see the following:

1. Student delegates/representatives should sign into the log sheet from our
security guard at the entrance.
2. Delegates should wear their prescribed uniform and ID upon entering the
campus.
3. Only students participating in BulPriSa are allowed to enter the designated sports
facilities. To secure campus safety and proper crowd control, each delegate
is entitled to bring only one (1) parent/guardian to watch the athletic
events.
4. Assigned parent/guardian shall present his/her valid ID in order to be allowed to
enter the school’s sports facilities.
5. Spectators are expected to follow all health and safety protocols for visitors
(wearing of a mask at all times, going home if experiencing COVID-19
symptoms, parking in designated areas only, and staying in respective sports
facilities at all times).
 6. All visitors are expected to follow the school’s code of conduct (observe: proper
dress code, acceptable behavior and MDSF Child Protection Policy) while on
campus. Coaches, athletes and spectators that are found to be violating any of
the school’s rules and regulations will be asked to leave the school premises.
7. The school management has the right to deny visitors’ entry to campus on
grounds that are deemed to be unsafe for the Sagradan community.
8. The school management is not liable for any loss or damages that may transpire
throughout the BulPriSa events.
9. CLean As You GO (CLAYGO) should be observed.
