NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF PORTFOLIO

SY: 2020-2021
The Evangelista Elementary School had its CARD DAYs for the SY: 2020-
2021 as follows: First Quarter (January 18, 2021), Second Quarter (March 22, 2021) and
Third Quarter (May 24, 2021). In connection to this, portfolio of each pupil were also
given them. Portfolio consisted of evaluated answer sheets where the teacher gave
remarks and suggestions so students can reflect and evaluate the things that they have
learned and assess themselves on the areas that they need to improve and learn more.

But because of the pandemic cause by COVID-19 and as following the

protocols launched by DepEd to secure the safety of all learners and the parents, the
portfolio of learners were inserted in each envelope of pupils with the modules for
distribution and be retrieved after a week with the following dates: First Grading (January
25, 2021), Second Quarter (March 29, 2021) and Third Quarter (May 28, 2021).

At the day of the distribution at about 2 o’clock in the afternoon, each

teacher conducted “Online Kumustahan Session” with parents via google meet. The
teachers also gave feedback in real time to the students using video/audio/chat room
(messenger) or text message.
