UNEXPENDED BALANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY
ONE & 66/100 (PHP 110,161.66) TO:

WHEREAS, as regular committee of the existing Barangay Development Council, which shall be
responsible for setting the direction and development, implementation and coordination of disaster
risk reduction and management program within the barangay, the member of the BDRRMC have finally
come up to reprogram the 2022 5% DRRM unexpended balance;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Nelson E. Ferreras and was unanimously seconded, it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to recommend for the approval of the reprogramming 5% DRRM
2022 unexpended balance in the amount of One Hundred Ten Thousand One Hundred Sixty One &
66/100 (PHP 110,161.66).

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution will be sent to all offices concerned for information
and guidance.

F. Estrelladoit was;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved recommending to Sangguniang Barangay of Tabi, Gubat,
Sorsogon the Reprogramming of 5% DRRM 2022 Unexpended Balance.

RESOLVE FURTHERE, that copies of this resolution be submitted to the Municipal Budget Office
(MBO), Office of the Municipal Accountant (OMA) and other Offices for information and
guidance.
