Assignment: WEEK 2: DISCOVERING LEADERSHIP: CAN I BE A LEADER?

MODULE ACTIVITY 2:

I would like to conclude with an exercise that I hope will raise your awareness of your mindset in these four areas and if necessary
help you make a shift in a more productive direction.

First, rate yourself on a 1-10 scale on each mindset where one is the lowest level of each and ten is the highest.

Second, if you rated yourself from 9 and below, identify specific and actionable steps you can take to improve each of the four
mindsets. If you rated yourself 10, write the values that you think you have that made you feel you are excellent in the corresponding
mindset.

I am Carl Cedrick S. Beliran A 3rd year student at OLFU Valenzuela city, I don’t really have anything to say rather I am driven, a
visionary, adventurer living this life to the fullest taking the opportunity while the moment exists.

MINDSET RATING ACTION PLAN

Passionate – as a leader your group needs to have someone who is driven on what they do,
Commitment 10/10
someone that they can look up to but also humble and knows he/she is their equal.
Owner – as a leader owning up to the consequence of every action and every decision of your

group is a value which is I learned from my past experiences.
Best - as a child I was taught to do good but as I was growing up and being an artist, I learned
Performance 10/10 that I need to do my best and give all I got like whenever I perform because I know it’s a once
in a life time opportunity.
Future – I taught my self to live in the moment but I also realize that after one moment there is
Vision 10/10 another and as long as I breath I know I need to give my very best so I won’t have any regrets
at the end.
