Key Responsibilities

1. To build, oversee and manage all aspects of corporate distribution and retail
operations in the South Indian region. This role requires strategic leadership,
strong B2B relationship management, and operational expertise to drive sales
growth, expand market presence, and ensure efficient distribution to retail outlets.
2. Develop and execute plans to drive distribution and retail growth in the South
Indian region, aligning with company objectives and market dynamics.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate distributors, retailers,
channel partners, and key stakeholders.
4. Build and lead a team of sales managers and representatives, providing

guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and performance
metrics.
5. Identify opportunities for market expansion, new retail partnerships, and
geographic expansion within the South Indian region, leveraging market insights
and customer feedback.
6. Optimize distribution networks, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure
timely delivery, efficient inventory management, and cost-effective distribution to
retail outlets.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory
requirements related to distribution, retail operations, and business conduct.

1. Proven experience and expertise of handling distributors/retailers/corporates in


sales & distribution within the consumer goods, FMCG, or other such retail
industry.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

3. Ability to attract and build teams across Southern Indian states.
4. Knowledge of the South Indian retail market, consumer behavior, and distribution
channels.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other relevant software
applications
