I hope this letter finds you well. We are reaching out on behalf of the Grade 6 Batch of 2023-
2024 at BCECS, seeking support for a vital project that will significantly impact the well-being of
our students and teachers.
As we all know, the unpredictable weather conditions can pose challenges, especially during the
rainy season. Our school lacks adequate shelter, exposing our students and dedicated educators
to rain, which not only disrupts classes but also poses potential health risks. In an effort to
address this issue, we are initiating a Shade Roof Extension Project.
The primary goal of this project is to install shade roofs over outdoor areas used by students
and teachers, providing protection from rain and creating a conducive learning environment.
This will contribute to the overall health and well-being of our school community, ensuring that
education remains a top priority despite adverse weather conditions.
To successfully execute this project, we are seeking financial contributions from compassionate
individuals and organizations like yours. Your support will directly impact the lives of our Grade
6 students and the educators who guide them. By investing in this project, you are not only
fostering a safe and healthy learning environment but also making a lasting difference in the
lives of these young minds.
We kindly request your consideration for a donation to the Shade Roof Extension Project. Any
amount, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to our goal. Your generosity will be
acknowledged in our school communications and recognized during the project's inauguration.
For your convenience, we have attached a detailed project proposal outlining the scope,
budget, and expected outcomes of the Shade Roof Extension Project. We would be happy to
provide any additional information or answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Together, we can make a significant impact on the
educational experience of our Grade 6 students and create a safer and more comfortable
environment for both students and teachers.
Warm regards,
Godfrey J. Boltiador
