II. Project Summary

“The Fence in the senior high school area” is intended to make for the student’s safety
and for the security of the whole school. It is also one of the best ways for the students
to avoid skipping class especially now that our school is back on face-to-face teaching.
In this project we also need a support and approval from the school principal and the
school admins. The project will take more than 2-3 months and approximately cost
around 300,000k- 500,000k
III. Project Background
One of the reasons why we want to do this project is for the safety of the students and
for the security of the whole school. There are a lot of incidents in the school because of
the lack of security in the senior high area, there are a lot of students that always try to
pass the backdoor area, especially in the back of our classroom because there is no
fence in there, and there are a lot of outsiders too that can easily go in and out in the
campus using the backdoor in the senior high area.

IV. Project Objectives

The fence in the senior high area will also provide a safety and security from the
students and for the parents to not worry about their child’s security inside the school.
1. It is verry on the school and this will be for the students own good.
2. It will be created as a protection on any danger that the students might encounter.
3. To protect the rooms from the thief.
4. To minimize those students who skip their class.
5. To protect the rooms, students, teachers, and important papers of the school.

V. Project Methodology
The fence is one of the very essential needed in the school since there are many
students that is hardheaded. It also gives a security for all.
A. Work Breakdown and Task Time Estimates
In the first week, we would find some skilled workers for this project. In the second week
check the whole area and estimate the area and consult to the carpenters for the
materials needed for the project. In the third week we will buy the materials needed.
And for the fourth week the workers will start outlining the space in the area where
they’ll put the fence. in the rest weeks they will start working to put up the fence
although they will have a Saturday and Sunday rest days.
B. Project Layout
This is the layout of the whole senior high school area; the green line will represent as
the fence. We decide that we will put a fence in the whole area from the back of the
isolation room all the way to the part where the unused chairs were placed.
