II. Project Description

A. Brief Summary of the Project

The proposed project is perceived to address the old church of Matutum

View Academy, that has insufficient spaces to the students, the foundation of
the church is unstable and the materials that have been used is already infirm.
The school is a boarding school with 700 students, faculty and staff.

B. Problem Statement

The Matutum View Academy Is a School of Faith. But how can we focus
on worshipping if our church is old and unstable? How can we justify the vision
of our school, which is to prepare the youth for the societal role of coming of
Jesus Christ?
The Implementation of this proposed project will be influential to the
students and teachers to boosted their confident in serving God and their
comfortability inside the church. And to validate the vision of Matutum View
Academy.
 C. Project Goal and Objective

Goal:
The project is point to address the Old Church of Matutum View
Academy and to provide the quality assurance to the students, teachers, alumni and
to the supporters of Matutum View Academy.

Objectives:

1. To improve the Old Church of the school which will help to the students to worship
comfortable.
2. To effectively justify and fulfill the vision of the school.
3. To improve the Old Church which is symbolize the temple of God.
4. To improve the church and express a sense of sacred

IV. Project Management

The church board members work together with the elders and teachers
for estimating and overseeing the project. They also manage the workers and to
all who are involved in the project.

V. Project Sustainability

This project shall be turned- over by the teachers to the school who will
take the responsibility of this project. The mission can also benefit on this project
because it can add advertisement and beautification to the parents who is
deciding to enroll their children due to the new church building. Because you can
draw a parent’s heart into such school whose buildings are complete and are
well designed and constructed.

VI. Risk Management

The risk in doing this project is that it can take a long period of time for
the workers to finished it due to weather changes and unexpected
circumstances. Still it can be done and the workers agree that the payment that
will be given to them will not increase even if the last day of construction is
moved.
